Sailing into Galway across the Northern Atlantic route you pass Ireland’s Aran Islands, where the cable knit originated. Inspired by the traditional knits invented to keep fishermen warm, we designed this super-soft cable knit with a soft cotton-blend yarn, added nylon for durability and merino wool for warmth. The elegant mock neck keeps you snug and elevates the look, you can wear this in the city or out sailing. The nautical cable stitch references the ropes sailors use onboard.
